Since winning the Navarro County Rookie of the Year award in 1999, Brick Street Realty founder Denise Harper has maintained her top-producing status. Her reputation for being a kind, dedicated, and driven real estate professional has garnered her numerous Best of the Best awards in the real estate category. Her commitment to the community’s success is just as important to her as her clients. Denise has contributed to the local real estate scene by holding various seats on the Navarro County Board of Realtors®, including president, vice president, director, and secretary. In 2006, she obtained her broker’s license.

Denise has an innate love of people and truly enjoys getting to know clients on a personal level, fostering relationships that last long past the sale or purchase of a home. Her genuine care for those with whom she works is evident in her many returning clients throughout her career. And she works with everyone — first-time homebuyers, retirees, farmers and ranchers, and sellers. Her deep understanding of the local market allows her to help any client find what they are looking for, be it a property with land near the Richland-Chambers Reservoir or one closer to Dallas. Denise is also passionate about giving back to the community, and a portion of her team’s proceeds from every sale is donated to the charity of the client’s choice.

After growing up in Arkansas, Denise moved to Texas in 1974 to obtain a bachelor’s degree in education from Baylor University. Upon graduating, she became a teacher. Then, after becoming a mom, she led a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Camp Fire Boys and Girls, where she worked as executive director for 14 years.

Denise is very involved in her community. She serves on the Corsicana Main Street Board, volunteers with organizations dedicated to helping children at risk, and was instrumental in the creation of the Corsicana Education Foundation. Though Denise wears many hats, her first priorities will always be her faith and family. She and her college sweetheart of over 42 years, John, enjoy spending time with their three grown children and their spouses and seven grandchildren.Edit Agent Bio Full
